Responsibilities

Staff will assist clients with:

• ADL

• House Keeping

• Grocery Shopping and storage

• Meal Preparation

• Transportation

• Ambulation

• Facility Transfer

• Administering medications

• Medication reminder

Duties also include Personal Care such as:

• Bathing & dressing

• Mobility

• Incontinence

• General companionship

• Communication with family members

Staff must also have good communication and maintain a daily log of all activities, meals, and medications with the time they were done or performed to keep track of clients’ wellbeing.

Requirements

• Must have valid First Aid & CPR Certification

• High School Diploma or GED

• Valid Driver’s License

• Must pass a Criminal Background Check

• Read and Write English

• Must have the strength to lift, carry, turn, and bend
